How do you order songs on a PSP music playlist so they are in the order you want them?

The track title for example say have busta rhymes song you will be the file to play in my playlist to 04 touch itmp3 and when you will be the music files though the music folder it will need to play in my playlist using your psp in the fourth song you add.
